Shipping times may vary but usually range from within 1-2 weeks. I use recycled and/or biodegradable/compostable packaging materials whenever possible to cut down on waste and request you reuse the packaging as well.
I package all orders as carefully as possible but damage may occur - ceramics are fragile! If your order arrives broken, please email me within 5 days of delivery.
RETURNS
If you are at all dissatisfied with your purchase, please reach out within 4 days of arrival. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. A refund will be issued upon receipt and review of the piece.
